Coach Lauren Leth just finished her 8th and final season as the Head Coach at Dawson High School. In that time, she led the team to the 6A D1 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS (2025), 7 Regional Tournaments, 2 Regional Finals, 5 Regional Semi-Finals and 6 District Championships. Prior to Dawson, Leth was the Head Coach at Barbers Hill High School making Regional Final, Regional Semi-Final and Regional Quarter-Final appearances. She has been named the Inside High School Sports Volleyball Coach of the Year (2026), Greater Houston Volleyball Coaches Association Coach of the Year (2025), VYPE Coach of the Year (2025), Pearland ISD Coach of the Year (2023, 2022, 2018), District Coach of the Year (2025, 2024, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2016, 2015), PISD Athletics Pear Award (2024, 2021, 2019), Baytown Sun All Area Coach of the Year (2016), GHVCA All-Star Coach (2025, 2015), SETX All-Star Coach (2014) and has accumulated 455 wins as a head coach. Coach Leth previously coached for Houston Stellar, Texas Tornados and Alamo Volleyball Association. She competed as a player at SA Reagan High School and Alamo Volleyball Association. Coach Leth played collegiately at both Southwestern University and Abilene Christian University.
